A Bachelor's degree (4 years) in Planning, Architecture or CIVIL
With
M.Plan or MBA (Finance)
1 to 2 years of experience.
Requirements:
Understanding of Urban Planning and Urban Infrastructure
Financial model
Experience in managing bid processes (EoI, RfP GFR rules etc. )
Proficient report writing skills
