Refund and Cancellation Policy – Track2Training.org
1. No Refund Policy
All payments made to Track2Training.org for publication services, training programs, webinars, certifications, or any other service are non-refundable. Once the service has been initiated or delivered, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Service Adjustment
In special cases, if a service has not yet been rendered, the amount paid may be adjusted towards another service offered on Track2Training.org, subject to approval by the editorial or administrative team. Requests for such adjustments must be made in writing and are considered on a case-by-case basis.
3. Cancellation Policy

Before Service Delivery: Cancellation requests will only be considered before the service is rendered (e.g., before the start of a training session or before a publication process begins). A formal cancellation request must be submitted via email.

After Service Delivery: No cancellations are allowed once the training is completed or publication work (including editorial or review process) has been initiated.
